Farnborough Airshow 2008
After 40min of travelling + about 1h30 of traffic (in Farnborough) I eventually got to the 46th Farnborough Airshow.

Great atmosphere and awesome aircraft on display (both static and on flight). It is apparent that this is the world's biggest (and surely one of the oldest) airshow.
Unfortunately the USAF F-22 Raptors popped by on a non-public day, so I missed them.
But I got to see the only operating RAF Avro Vulcan B2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avro_Vulcan_XH558), one USAF B1-B bomber, one RAF Eurofighter Typhoon, one USAF F-15, F-16 and F-18 jet fighters, NATO-converted MIG 29s, among others. There was also an Airbus A380 on static display which did daily flight demonstrations.
Amazing stuff!!
I'll surely be back in 2010. But with a telephoto lens in my bag (about 300mm or more).
